Take a break from it all and stay in our clean, cozy, comfortable cabin in Nature's Wonderland! We have 2 queen bedrooms, a playroom, a large deck overlooking the forest, full kitchen, and plenty of parking. Feeling adventurous? Visit Jenkinson Lake or local wineries. Spend a day exploring Apple Hill or Crystal Basin Recreational Area. Ski at Sierra Tahoe. Or drive up to South Lake Tahoe. Feeling tired? Relax outdoors & dine on the deck overlooking the forest. The space As you pull into the driveway, you immediately notice the well-kept, clean, & bright little home. The cozy living room has two leather couches to curl up on. There's a flat-screen TV and WiFi. This open area flows seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen. Cook your meals in the fully-furnished kitchen or barbecue outside. There are two separate bedrooms for your privacy. Guests staying in the master bedroom will enjoy a queen-sized bed and get their own en suite bathroom. The fisherman's bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a small armchair. The playroom has two twin beds for kids to nap during the day. There are two bathrooms, where we provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, TP, tissues, and extra clean towels. The main bathroom has a shower/bath tub and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Outside, you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets through the wooded forest and watch for wildlife passing by. We have patio furniture available for your outdoor enjoyment. The barbecue is available on the deck. Due to fire danger, please be very careful and leave hot coals to cool inside grill. You will also find the washer and dryer inside the garage for your convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property which includes the house, deck, and outdoor parking. Washer and dryer are available for your use. Patio furniture is stored in the garage during the off season. Other things to note El Dorado County regulations requires including the following information in any listings for the Vacation Home Rental (VHR) property (Sec. 5.56.095): The VHR permit number: El Dorado County Permit 072491 Number of bedrooms and maximum occupancy, not including children five or younger: 2 Bedrooms, 4 people Notification that quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Notification that occupancy is limited to the maximum designated in the VHR permit between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. The transient occupancy tax certificate number: 63580. El Dorado County regulation requires us to obtain the name, address, and contact information for each renter age 18 or over (Sec. 5.56.130.D.2). Please provide this information when confirming your booking. El Dorado County regulation require that we obtain formal, written acknowledgement from all renters over the age of 18. The homeowner is legally responsible for compliance of all occupants of the rental with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of the rental, and that should any violation of this chapter occur, that fines may be imposed in accordance with Sections 5.56.150 and 5.56.200.
