Lakefront Family-Friendly Mid-Michigan Home

Walk out the door and you're right on beautiful Stevenson Lake. This house is truly lakefront with no steps to walk down. Conveniently located just south of Clare and 20 minutes north of Mt. Pleasant. Stevenson Lake is a great lake for fishing, tubing, swimming, kayaking or just floating. At night enjoy a fire in your own fire pit. Play darts, yard games, fish from the dock or grill out. It's all there for our guests to enjoy. We love our little piece of heaven in Mid-Michigan. The space Fully equipped and renovated house on Stevenson Lake near Clare, Michigan. Enjoy the two bedroom house and one bedroom in the back of the garage with sleeping spaces for seven. There's plenty of additional room in the sun room and living room for air mattresses and sleeping bags. The kitchen comes complete with stove, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, and dishes. There is a canoe and 2 kayaks for extra fun on the lake. A Roku and internet, games, puzzles and a dart board are also there for your entertainment. Guest access Guests have the entire house, garage, large yard, patio, beach area, dock and lake! There are 3 bikes available for rent (adult men's, adult woman's and youth sizes) - $50 for the week. If interested, please message us. Other things to note Please note that smoking is not allowed in the house at any time. There are ashtrays available inside the garage that can be used for smoking outside.
