Location is key to this updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath private home centrally located between and 6 mi from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. In an old neighborhood with 1/2 acre wooded lots, this is a very short and extremely quiet street with live oaks, magnolia trees and azaleas. Fresh and clean and with many windows, this private lodging is eclectically furnished...great art and new floors. Between the comfy beds and the silence, you should sleep well! We welcome everyone from anywhere! The space Ample off street parking...enough for your boat and trailer...is available. There is a new smart TV with Chromecast and tons of apps to include Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Pandora and Xumo as examples. Also available are local channels and a few extra. The kitchen has a stove/oven and refrigerator as well as a toaster oven, microwave and hot water kettle and lots of coffee options....French press, drip, Keurig, a small espresso pot and a coffee grinder...coffee...French roast beans and teabags. In other words, it is fully functional for cooking meals....pick up some fresh shrimp and steam them up! The dining and living area is combined. Comfortable and not cluttered! Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and comfortable queen beds. The sofa in the living room is close to the size of a single bed and I will provide sheets and pillow for it. The bathroom is simple with clean and bright "old school" tile and a deep and large porcelain bath tub. The shower head is flexible and has great water patterns with excellent water pressure! The yard is huge and I am still landscaping the area around the house. The backyard is full of trees. We have had a couple of Barred Owls hanging out which has been fun.
