We are 8 minutes from AZAthletic Grounds, which many tournaments are held Our home is close to plenty of restaurants & stores. We are located in the heart of Queen Creek. We are 8 minutes from the freeway, which takes you a quick 30-45 minutes to Scottsdale/PHX. Mesa/Gateway Airport is 8 minutes away & the Spring Training fields & Country Thunder (if you don’t want to camp out there) are within 30-45 minutes away. We are about 6 mins from the Equestrian Park. The space Our space is a cozy little one bedroom, one bathroom with living room private suite (there is a shared wall with the house, and although we try to be as quiet as possible, you maybe able to hear doors closing. We have a microwave air fryer, and coffee maker for you to use. Forgot a toothbrush? No problem, we got you covered! We are typically on site, so if you need anything, we are a text away. We have a full size pull-out couch, a twin blow up mattress, as well as the "most comfortable" bed (as we have been told by most of our guests). You can fit 4-6. Two on the full size bed, 2 on the pullout couch and we just upgraded our blow-up mattress to a full size, so either 1 person or 2 smaller people . There is no kitchen sink or full stove, just a microwave, fridge, air fryer, coffee maker, and hot plate warmer. Please park on the street. We try to be flexible, however after going above and beyond for people including washing clothes, allowing late checkout and extra people, only to be given 4 stars has resulted in us not being as flexible. If there is an extreme situation we maybe willing to be a little more flexible. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, living room Other things to note Please turn off light, A/C or Heater when leaving. Please take sheets and towels and put them in the hamper at the end of your stay. If your garbage gets too full, please put the bag outside your door and we will take it to the trash. Longer staying guests, let us know if you need towels washed and we will be happy to grab them from you. Also, we can hear EVERYTHING from your living room to the hall and bedroom that shares a wall. We ask that during the week, if youcan keep the noise down after 9:30, we'd greatly appreciate it. If we are being too loud, please do not hesitate to let us know. We cannot allow pets, due to having a little dog that will lose his mind if he smells other animals in the house.
