A flat rate of $50 will be charged and sent as a Request for Funds through Airbnb at the time booking is confirmed, and will be based on # nights reserved. The charge must be accepted within 72 hrs or your reservation will be subject to cancellation. We will provide linen bags for this purpose and will deliver Sets of freshly laundered linens and towels in exchange (logistical details will be provided upon checkin to ensure a smooth Contactless process). Our Jayco RV is located near the main entry gates and dedicated parking is available immediately to the front of the Jayco RV. When coming & going please always close the entrance gate. You are welcome to enjoy the picnic area space which has been created exclusively for our "Glamping" (a.k.a. glamorous camping) guests. We do live on the property, so please respect the privacy of the areas surrounding the main house. We are in the foothills overlooking the Wine Country, and wineries are about a 10 minute drive down the hill. You can choose to do nothing but relax & enjoy the abundance of our beautiful surroundings, or go hot air ballooning, wine tasting, or fishing & mountain biking at nearby Lake Skinner. Historic Old Town Temecula abounds with restaurants, shopping & antiques. In the winter it also has an ice skating rink! It's the last surviving authentic western town in Southern California. Temecula hosts the famous Wine & Balloon Festival every spring with top live entertainment. Centrally located, Temecula is only 1 hour from San Diego, La Jolla, Disneyland & Palm Desert/Palm Springs. You will need a vehicle to access our property. Uber and Lyft do provide service in our area but because of our dirt roads and semi-rural location in the hills, expect that wait-times may be longer than normal. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate children at this time.
