Refuge de Guyenne, gîte bastide ****

We have been welcoming you since April 2019 in our cottage located in the heart of the Bastide and 100 m from the Lapébie cycle path (Bordeaux Sauveterre). Cycling friends, traveling friends, come and take a relaxing break in our fully renovated character cottage with respect for the old and with all modern comforts. Former cyclists who have toured the world, we will be delighted to welcome you and chat. You will have a sunny intra-mural terrace and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds + sofa bed. The space Our cottage is composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed overlooking a 20 m2 terrace and 1 other with bunk beds, sofa bed and TV with DVD player, air conditioning), a bathroom with shower, separate toilet. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron. Baby equipment can be provided free of charge upon request (playpen, baby bed with comfortable extra mattress, high chair (+6 m), bouncer, bathtub). The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, Freebox TV channels, DVD player, micro stereo, board games, books, DVDs, CDs. Guest access The entire house is for guests. Other things to note Sauveterre de Guyenne, a 13th century Bastide, is in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers and ideally located (30 min from St Emilion, Château de Cadillac, the properties of F. Mauriac and Toulouse-Lautrec, 50 minutes from Bordeaux, the home of Montesquieu, 15 minutes from the medieval city of La Réole, 7 minutes from Castelmoron d'Albret, the smallest village in France).
