On the main floor, you’ll move easily between two living rooms, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a complete kitchen with a double oven and dishwasher. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, another full bathroom with a soaking tub, and the laundry room — a small detail, but one guests always appreciate (no hauling clothes up and down stairs). And in the afternoons, sunlight streams through the tall windows, plants brighten the rooms, and little details throughout the house make it feel calm and welcoming. The kitchen is yours to enjoy – it’s fully stocked for cooking, from basics like salt, pepper, and oil to fresh coffee beans with a grinder, a French press, and drip options. Otherwise, please make yourself comfortable throughout the space. Other things to note This home is part of a duplex, so you may occasionally hear light sounds from the neighboring unit. Guests on both sides value peace and quiet, and we kindly ask everyone to be mindful so the house stays as calm as it feels when you walk in. The yard is professionally maintained by a local landscaping team and may be serviced during daytime hours in spring, summer, and fall. We’re a small, independently hosted home, not a mass rental.
