Perfect place to rest your head while visiting family, working or just passing through. Lowest price in the Rice Lake area for sleeping 4 people. We provide clean white sheets and towels for every guest. Although we have no stove, oven or kitchen sink, we do provide a refrigerator microwave BBQ kettle coffee maker cutlery and dishes. We do the dishes and restock them upon request. Plenty of free parking. Off the kitchenette is a love seat and chair and TV (no cable) with over 100 videos to choose from (thanks to past guest suggestions/complaints). It is suitable for 2 parents and up to 3 children; 2 couples and a child or 4 adults (2 in Room 1 and 2 in Room 2). Guest access You will have private access to the first floor. Host will greet you upon arrival and give you a tour if desired. Check in anytime after 4pm. We have a keypad deadbolt installed. Code and address will be provided 24 hours before check-in. You may choose self check in or greeted by host upon arrival. Just text us and let us know your preference. If arriving after dark, please text us and we will ensure outdoor lights are on. During your stay Any questions or assistance required during your stay, you may text either my wife or I and we will respond promptly. Other things to note We do not have a stove or oven in the kitchenette for 2 reasons: 1. Due to several consecutive one night stays, it would be impossible to clear the room of the previous guests "cooked food" smells (due to no hood range) before our next guest arrives. 2. We do not have the electrical outlets necessary at this time to support cooking in our kitchenette. We have added a 2 burner BBQ if you need to cook. If you require a full kitchen, please choose another host location rather than give us a bad review because you were unable to cook meals during your stay. In winter, we suggest taking "Traction Control" OFF when attempting to climb our driveway. If unsuccessful, you may park at the bottom of the driveway where it has been cleared for guests without snowtires!! 2 small dogs and a cat live upstairs but they will not enter your private space.
