The space This is a split level house with a separate one bedroom apartment in the basement. Both units are completely self contained. We ask for consideration regarding excessive noise. Quiet hours between 10pm 8am. No cats allowed unfortunately. Other things to note If you are bringing a dog or other pets there is a $250 deposit per pet, payable in advance. This is totally refundable if we can't tell there was a pet there.
