Large House in heart of Fremont, SiliconValley

Available is a beautiful, recently renovated (2017) large house (1250 sq. feet) with two bedrooms (queen beds), a beautiful large garden and all the amenities you could want to feel right at home! The house is located in the heart of residential Fremont, only a 5-7 minute drive to BART stations (Bay Area Rapid Transit) and close to shopping and stores. The space A 20-minute drive from San Jose, Stevens Creek, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Gatos and the rest of Silicon Valley. It is also in close proximity of Berkeley (25-minute drive), San Francisco (45-minute drive) and Oakland (15-minute drive). Fremont's downtown is only a 5-minute drive filled with all kinds of stores, shops, restaurants, bars, sushi bars, coffee shops and cafes, shopping centers and malls. It is centrally located to parks, bus stops and everything else. Though you should have a car because Fremont is huge and commuting is easiest with a car. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house but not the garage, and not the pantry or the cleaning rooms. You can sit outside and enjoy the backyard but please do not walk over in the garden and please REFRAIN from using/picking/harvesting my fruits and plants and vegetables. You're welcome to use the BBQ but make sure you clean it after you're done. Leave all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Other things to note You're more than welcome to use the BBQ and sit outside but I just ask to clean it after you're done; treat my home the same way you expect others to treat yours, with respect. Loud music or partying will not be tolerated as we live next door. After 10 PM there is quiet hours so keep noises to a minimum please.
