The space Bristol Little House is a modern studio purpose-built in 2017 as our garden guest house. You have the whole space to yourself — spacious open-plan living area, en-suite shower room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything for a proper stay: Bean-to-cup coffee machine, Sage smart oven, double induction hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, plus tea, coffee, sugar and milk to get you started. Toiletries, towels, hairdryer and washing-up essentials all supplied. King-size bed with high-quality linens. Travel cot available on request for families. Central air conditioning keeps things cool in summer and warm in winter. Complimentary Sky TV (with Sky Movies), Netflix, and fast fibre Wi-Fi on the smart TV. Guest access The whole studio, plus the top patio area, including the outside table and chairs. Private entrance, self check-in with lockbox after 4pm. Free on-street parking — no permits. Other things to note When arriving at night the path leading up to the property is very dark so please have a phone torch ready. We are unable to install outside lighting leading up to the property as where the lighting is required, it is not our property. Apologies. If we are lucky enough to be on holidays ourselves, our service will be limited to the airbnb chat only. We will try our very best to resolve any issues, should they arise.
