Sit on the front porch and enjoy the view of Spanish moss hanging from the ancient live oaks on this pretty block of Savannah’s historic Victorian district. The space This 4 bedroom house comfortably sleeps 8 people and has a total of 2 queen beds, one full bed, and two twins. Both bathrooms have clawfoot tubs, and the spacious master bath has a separate shower. Downstairs you’ll find a powder room and full sized laundry. This is a true family home. The home's spacious kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, and Island that seats 3 and a breakfast table. The adjacent large open dining room has a table which easily seats 8, and the adjacent living room provides substantial comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Each of these rooms boast high ceilings, hardwood floors, cheerful decorations and original fireplaces and heart pine flooring. The house has easy on street parking right in front, and also comes with private parking on the lane behind the house, wide enough for two small cars. Wireless Internet & cable TV are provided. In addition, there’s a covered gated porch in the back for storing your kayaks or coolers. Pets are welcomed, there is a one time $95 pet fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, and courtyard.
