Besides a short 5 min. walk to downtown restaurants, cafes & the lake, our home offers 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, a large spacious kitchen outfitted with the essentials, and the original bathroom plus a bonus shower and laundry room to help your stay feel like your own personal bed and breakfast. Included in your stay are: linens and towels, WiFi internet, coffee, dishes/cookware, washer/dryer, paper products, laundry soap, cleaning supplies and a Roku for logging into your personal streaming services. A few quirks that make our home unique: original wood floors and many original windows, solid wood doors with original hardware, and a staircase that is sometimes creaky. The house is cooled by fans, shady trees and open windows in the summertime (No AC). Choose to unwind on one of our three porches or the patio. Covered carport parking is large enough for two vehicles. We ask for a limit of 4 vehicles in the driveway due to a shared private drive with a neighbor. A boat or trailer up to 24' may be parked in a marked area in the backyard off Division Street. Please inquire if you need this. Owners are off-site but available via text/email for questions and assistance. Local caretakers may be available for emergencies only. Home is located in a residential area, not far from Lake Charlevoix and walkable to downtown restaurants and marina. Home is on a well-traveled corner lot. Easy access parking and short walks to downtown food & drinks. We are a dog-friendly family. Home is professionally cleaned after each stay. No cats or other pets due to various allergies.
