Book your “up north” getaway at our charming historic home just 15 min from Boyne Mountain, Castle Farms and Charlevoix. 25 min to Schuss in Bellaire. Guests say our home is large but cozy. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 with 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 full bath, stocked kitchen, laundry, WiFi and covered parking. Dog-friendly and professionally cleaned. Just a 5-minute walk to downtown coffee shops, food & marina. We’d love to host you in northern MI! The space Our lumber-era home is full of character and history. Guests find it comfortable for a multi-family vacation and cozy for a couple's getaway. It's been in our family for decades and we stay here often. Well-maintained and professionally cleaned after each stay. Besides a short walk to downtown restaurants, cafes & the lake, our home offers 2 charming living rooms, 5 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen outfitted with the essentials, a bathroom with the original claw foot tub, plus a bonus shower and laundry room for a comfortable stay. Small dogs are welcome! Included are: all linens and towels, coffee, dishes/cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, paper products, cleaning supplies, internet and a Roku for logging into your personal streaming services. A few quirks that make our home unique: It is historic, with original wood floors and trim, original doors and windows, and three covered porches, yet it's been modernized for convenience (while not erasing any of the historic charm!) In the summer, the house is cooled by fans, shady trees and open windows/doors in the summertime (No AC). If you’re looking for a unique and comfortable experience, this is it! We would love to host you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home minus the basement and garage. Covered carport parking is large enough for two vehicles. We ask for a limit of 4 vehicles in the driveway due to a shared private drive with a neighbor. A boat or trailer up to 24' may be parked in a marked area in the backyard off Division Street. Please inquire if you need this. Other things to note Small dogs are welcome. Home is professionally cleaned after each stay. No cats or other pets due to various allergies.
