The space Designed for effortless coastal living, Kersterus blends comfort with true beachfront relaxation. Beachfront Living: Step from the living area onto a spacious patio featuring a private plunge pool, outdoor braai, and comfortable seating—all overlooking the dunes with uninterrupted ocean views. Upstairs Retreat: All three bedrooms are located on the upper level for maximum privacy. The master suite features a queen-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and opens onto a sea-facing balcony. The second and third bedrooms offer comfortable double beds, with the second bedroom also enjoying direct balcony access to soak up the fresh Atlantic air. Heart of the Home: Downstairs, a generous open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher and washing machine) that flows into a dining area with a large family table—perfect for relaxed holiday meals. Relax & Unwind: The lounge offers plush seating and a Smart TV (log in with your own accounts) for easy downtime after a day on the beach. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire main house, the beachfront patio, and the plunge pool. Please note: There is a flatlet at the back of the property used for the owner’s private storage; this remains locked and is not accessible to guests. A few specific cupboards in the kitchen are also reserved for private storage and will be locked. Apart from these areas, the entire home and its facilities are yours to enjoy in complete privacy. Other things to note Occupancy Policy: To ensure a comfortable stay, we accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in total, with a limit of 4 adults (18+ years) per booking. ID & Guest Info: For security purposes, guests are required to provide a copy of their ID and complete a guest information form upon booking. Pool & Braai Area: Use of the private plunge pool and outdoor braai is at your own risk. To keep the pool water clean and sand-free, please use the outdoor shower to rinse off your feet before entering. Please ensure the pool cover is replaced when not in use for safety. Fireplace: Please note that the indoor fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use. No Parties: We strictly adhere to a no-noise and no-party policy to respect our neighbors and the tranquil surroundings of Dwarskersbos. Smoking: The house is strictly smoke-free and vape-free indoors. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
