Fully renovated allergy-friendly townhouse located in the fun and family-oriented water park resort Fantasy World. Premier location at the resort (see pics): just footsteps to all resort amenities -- pools, hot tubs, lazy river, water slides, sports, business center, arcade, fitness facility, sauna, clubhouse, pool bar, and more -- 10 mins to Disney World, an hour to Cocoa Beach, and a little farther to all that the Gulf Coast can offer. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance! The space Our townhouse is located right at the water park! It is just shy of a 1000 square feet (91 square meters) and can accommodate six individuals. The house underwent top-to-bottom renovations in 2012/2013 and more renovations are underway for 2017 -- the house is in mint condition. It offers central a/c (and heat for those rare days). Queen size bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a full size sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms with bathtub upstairs and shower downstairs. Ceramic tile and hardwood laminate floors -- no carpets. The house is located inside the beautiful resort Fantasy World, which offers a huge new pool area with water slides, splash-pad, lazy river, and whirlpools. The resort also features a fitness center, playground, computer room, game room, golf simulator, a fully stocked pool bar (which also serves food), tennis courts, basketball courts, and a friendly and always eager to help 24-hour reception. The pool area is open from 9am to 11pm daily. Our house is located a half hour from Orlando Airport, approximately ten minutes from Disney World, and 20 minutes from Universal Studios & Sea World. Guest access Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in living room and bedrooms. Good storage. New washer and dryer. Lanai with dining table and chairs that overlooks the pool area. Crib and baby gate available for younger guests. Free cable TV, high-speed internet, and parking right outside the door.
