Charming home close to VA & DC

Four miles from Tanger Outlets, MGM Casino, and the National Harbor. 15 minute drive to Old Town Alexandria, where there is also plenty of restaurants along with shopping and a gorgeous scene to walk and explore. We live 6 miles from VA and DC. Estimated 10 minutes to the Monument and Capital. You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighborhood and comfy bed that is adjustable to your preference. Private bath.Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space Our place is in a quiet neighborhood, close to 495 (about 3 min.) Easy access to the National Harbor, MGM Casino, Tanger Outlets, Old Town Alexandria and Washington DC. The house is over 3,ooo sq ft. Plenty of parking in front of the house and street. Laid back hosts that will be happy to help you with information, but will stay out of the way to let you relax. Guest access Guest are welcome to watch movies in the family room, which features a 75' flat screen TV and fireplace. New cozy, clean couches. Currently renovating the kitchen, so for now- limited kitchen access. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Plenty of bathrooms, you will have your own available next to the guest bedroom. During your stay We work during the day, but can give plenty of suggestions on what to visit in the area. Other things to note My fiance and I are in our mid 30's and very easy going. We just moved into our home, but have owned it for 7 years. Still working on the house and doing some renovating, but it won't impact your stay.
