Three Room Suite at The Quay

We are near a park, short walk from the beach, heated swimming pool, Gym, Diving Centre, Newhaven Fort, Co-Op, small Market, Breakfast Cafe, Italian Restaurant, Fish+Chip shop, Kebab shop, Indian restaurant, a Pub that does food all in the West Quay Harbour area. Town Centre is 8 minutes walk or you can drive + park for 1 hour free. Ferry is a 5 minute car ride. Close links to some of the best walks in Sussex. 10 min drive to Lewes for historical trips. 20 min to Brighton + Eastbourne. The space LARGE SUPERIOR BEDROOM (bedroom, en-suite + small private lounge) is in a 1st floor shared apartment on the Waterfront of a Harbour. A large TV with Netflix, cuddle sofa + large footstool is in your private lounge. In your bedroom there is a double wardrobe, bedside tables, 2 armchairs, that can convert to 2 single beds, a small mirror coffee table plus a seated bench. There is also a BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE ROOM WITH HARBOUR VIEWS in the shared apartment, which can also be booked. The private bathroom has a bath, (no shower), sink, toilet+heated towel rail. The bedroom has a double bed, single wardrobe, bedside tables+armchair with small table + a 65 inch TV with Netflix. The apartment consists of a shared Kitchen with dining table, which can be used for making teas and coffees plus to eat any take-away foods you may purchase, (this is not for cooking meals.) The Deippe Ferry comes in 3 times in a 24 hour period. One of those times being in the evening, so beautifully lit up as it glides past. We have super fast Broadband, so live streaming is not an issue. The whole apartment has been renovated. You can park for free on the road. There is also a secure garage for motorbikes/scooters and push bikes for a nominal charge. Please be aware, no shoes are allowed in the property + they must be taken off before entering the apartment, please do not take them off downstairs at the main door unless they are very muddy from hiking the Downs:) As well as having 2 separate bedrooms (which include 2 bathrooms and a private lounge with these bedrooms) which l host in my large apartment, there are 2 people who live here, including myself. l work from home, so I am always on hand for any information that maybe needed, or any problems that may arise, etc. We are near to a large park, minutes walk from the beach, with a heated swimming pool at the end of the road, plus a Diving Centre and small marina minutes away. For any last minute buys there is a Co-op and small Market plus an all day Breakfast Cafe and Italian Restaurant also 1 minute away, plus further along the road there is a great Fish + Chip shop (that does gluten free on every Wednesday) as well as a Kebab shop and Indian restaurant, and Pizza takeaway all this is on the Harbour, known as the West Quay. In the opposite direction, near the beach, is a Pub that does food as well. The Town Centre is also at the end of our road and will take about 8 minutes to walk there, or if you want you can drive and park there for free. The Newhaven Fort is also just off our road. During your stay As l work from home (I have my own office space) I am around if needed. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a non smoking, non partying property.
