Top floor furnished apt w/elevator. Express A train is 3 blocks away! Apt is super spacious w. high ceilings and abundant sunlight. Kitchen is separate. The area has natural trails. On occasion, w. prior notice, the Host may need to stay overnight. She'll occupy her own private bedroom and does not use kitchen or living areas, except bathroom. For each night the Host stays over, Guest will be reimbursed 50% of the nightly rate for that stay. Apt is Ideal for a clean, quiet, long-term guest. The space Your spacious apartment is fully furnished and arranged for comfort and ease. The bedroom features a comfortable medium-firm queen bed, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. All utilities are included. There are three closets available for guest use. Guests have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of locked private areas. Other things to note There is a surveillance camera in the entry way, to ensure a smooth the check-in process. Guests may unplug the camera after checking in.
