This is a large (55 sq mtr plus patio) well equipped apartment situated on a small complex in the village of Mazotos. There are beautiful well maintained communal gardens and large kidney shaped swimming pool. Just 2km from the beach and 20 minutes from Larnaca airport. There is Speed Internet 20 MBPS, with air conditioning to both lounge and bedroom. The space The living area comprises of a large well equipped kitchen, dinning and living area with wall to wall sliding windows leading to a large balcony over looking the complex and coast, there is also a double bed settee. A spacious double bedroom with built in wardrobes and full length sliding doors overlooking the lovely surrounding country side.Please treat it with respect. I am trying to keep the cost to you my guests as low as possible. In hot weather, there is air conditioning for your benefit. I would ask that if at all possible, you only use the air conditioning when you really need to. Both units are capable of being used just as fans and certainly at night in the bedroom the fan only option is perfectly adequate and much quieter. Please do not use the air conditioning with doors or windows open, it just does not work efficiently and just generates enormous electricity bills.
