Welcome to 25 Mariner at Sherkston Shores Beach Resort (LIC-2026-0439). Make memories that last a lifetime in this cozy 3 bedroom cottage. Queen bed in the Master Bedroom. Bedroom 2 has double bunks. Bedroom 3 has Single bunks. Queen pullout is available in living room. Accommodations sleep 6 comfortably. Spacious family room and kitchen. Families and retirees preferred. Guest access ACCESS: Lock Box Code will be sent prior to your arrival. All required additional keys are found on hanger by front entry. ALL KEYS MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME MANNER. GOLF CART NOT INCLUDED: Please email: c a s a f u r t a d o 25 @ g m a i l . c o m SHERKSTON GUEST POLICY, RULES and REGULATIONS (2026) All guests must be registered with the resort no later than 1 week prior to their arrival. There will be a one-time administration fee, per person, per reservation of $17 + tax (HST) charged at the time of registration. This fee only applies to renters age 6 and up. Additionnaly, commencing in 2026, there is a 4% Municipal Accomodation Tax (MAT) charged by the City of Port Colborne. Failure to notify the resort of your rental guests with 24 hours’ notice will result in them being denied access to the resort. Individual renters must be 25 or older. Where the group of renters is not that of a family nature, every person on the reservation must be 25 or older. There is a limit of two (2) vehicles per rental, per site. Any additional vehicles will be denied entry. All reservations must have a 2 night stay minimum. Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy per reservation is 6 people including children of all ages, no exceptions. Renter Access & Wristbands Upon arrival to the Main Gate, renters should give their last name and specifically state that they are the renters of your site number (Mariner 25). Once their registration has been confirmed, renters will be given a welcome package with resort information and rules as well as one wristband per person (aged 6 and up) listed on the registration. If renters arrive with more people than what is listed on the registration, they will be denied access. Wristbands identify your guest/renters as registered renters with permission to access the resort and must be worn at all times while in the resort. Wristbands for pool access must be purchased at the Welcome Centre. Sun Communities at Sherkston Sores Beach Resort reserves the right to refuse entry if any of the above conditions are not met.
