The pool is not heated outside the summer months. This property does not allow outside parties or gatherings other than the guests renting the house. This house is in a quiet neighborhood so there are noise restrictions, especially with music. You may play music outside during the day at a low volume. You must not play any music outside past 8 pm. You must be quiet when outside in the evening so not to disturb the surrounding neighbors. If this is something that you have an issue with, this property is not for you.
