Cozy Bedroom with Half Bath and Sweet Dining Area

For your private use, we offer a cozy, well-lighted one bedroom apartment with a sweet little dining area and a half bath, which includes a restroom with a sink. The two rooms are attached to the back of our house and you will have access to our kitchen, laundry room, and the upstairs bathtub and shower. You have your own private entrance. We are open to suggestions and hope you enjoy your stay! The space Your rooms have a private entrance and a view into the spacious backyard. The space can comfortably fit two people. In a pinch, we could throw a mat on the floor and fit in a child or young adult. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, the full bathroom upstairs, the laundry room, and the trampoline. Other things to note Note you may hear footsteps before our (fingers crossed) 9:30 bedtime. Our three kids include: Levi, 12; Sophia, 14; and Riley, 18. We also have a small friendly dog, Sky (4 years old), and 2 cats whom we affectionately call Kitties. Please note that our space is not compatible for folks allergic to dogs and cats. Although our cats and dog are not allowed within the space, we cannot guarantee the space will be free of allergens, especially since we have hosted guests with animals.
