Rent the pontoon to explore the lake. The space The home is only 75 feet from the crystal clear waters of hand lake. The shoreline is teaming with wildlife, loons, ducks, beaver, turtles, and bald eagles are offen seen right from the dock. The fishing is good right from the dock also The boat will help you venture out for the bigger ones. The home is very large with nice size bedrooms, bath rooms, kitchen and living areas. Upgraded Electronics with 2 new 55-inch smart tv and fast Wi-Fi for all your portable devices. The large screen porch is a great place for dining or relaxing and to enjoy the views of the lake and wildlife. The 5000 sq foot home sits on a large lot with 150 feet of private shoreline. The lake home is nestled under the branches of several 200 year old Norway Pine trees and is very quiet and private. There are miles of scenic roads and trails for exploring and riding. Hand Lake is a good fishing lake and is lots of fun for boating, or just exploring the shoreline with its many bays and calm waters. Guest access The complete home is open for your use. There's lots of parking in the private driveway. Other things to note Wifi is open, I have a generator available that i can hook up if there's a power outage. There's an extra propane tank by the garage for the grill. At the end of your stay, please put your dirty bedding and towels in the laundry room. Put your garbage and recycle in the barrels by the garage door. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it and lock up when you leave.
