Description

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 9 with a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and full-sized futon. The vaulted ceilings lend an open feel and the updated kitchen is perfect for making home-cooked meals. The patio offers a private hot tub, and with the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants, and area festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. The space The entryway has a closet, a long bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood paneling, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. Just off the living area you can access the patio that offers scenic views and a private hot tub. The homeowner has provided a selection of books and toys for the enjoyment of families. There are also two pack n' plays, two baby gates, a high chair and kid's stool. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. There are three full bathrooms. The guest bathroom on the main level has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom is upstairs and features a king-sized bed and a comfortable chair for lounging. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy. There are also two guest bedrooms upstairs. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. Back on the main level is the third guest bedroom. It has a full-sized futon, a flat screen TV, and its own access to the guest bathroom on the main level and to the patio with the private hot tub. The homeowner has provided a twin-sized air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements, which is in an upstairs bedroom closet. **Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival. (For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.) *Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
