The Duplex is ideally located between Bordeaux (30 minutes), Saint Emilion (40 minutes) and the Citadel of Blaye (20 minutes). The Bay of Arcachon is an hour away. You will stay in a comfortable vacation rental for 4 people, with its living room and fully equipped kitchen, its 2 spacious bedrooms with their bathrooms and its private terrace with jacuzzi. The shared swimming pool, park, reading room and services of the Clos Marcamps guest house are available to you. The space Occupying part of the old barn dating from 1724, our vacation rental Le Duplex with an area of 75 m2 is comfortable for 4 people. With a beautiful ceiling height of more than 6 meters and its contemporary decor, the living room and its equipped kitchen allow you to gather a family or a group of friends. Two beautiful bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs, are equipped with 5-star quality bedding and a dedicated bathroom. The Duplex is fully air-conditioned and offers exceptional comfort with its large 80 m2 southeast-facing terrace with a heated private Jacuzzi and Lafuma furniture. You also have access to all the common areas (park, swimming pool, reading room) and the services offered by the Clos Marcamps guest house. Guest access The Le Duplex vacation rental has completely independent access and a private terrace. The common areas of Clos Marcamps (shared swimming pool 14 meters long, park, garden, reading room) and services (breakfast, dinner possible) are accessible to you. Other things to note We are happy to welcome your dog. We charge an extra 50 euros for his stay. When you leave, the kitchen area must be perfectly tidy and cleaned, as indicated on the sheet provided upon your arrival. If not, we will have to charge you an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros.
