Welcome to the Rancho Vista Estate in Temecula Wine Country! This home is new to the Vacation Rental market and we are looking forward to having guests to stay and enjoy! This home is private, gated and sits at the top of Temecula Wine Country with beautiful views. The home is 3200 sqft with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. The space Located on 5 acres in the Hills of Temecula Wine Country this beautiful 5 bedroom two story home has been designed for your vacation in mind! Just off the De Portola Wine Trail up in Glen Oak Hills, minutes from all Temecula Wineries and Wedding Venues. Two bedrooms on the 1st floor of the home. The 1st bedroom with 2 twin beds or could be made into a CalKing upon request with bathroom next store. The 2nd bedroom on 1st floor is the California Bedroom with a Queen Bed/TV and private full bath. The downstairs also includes a Family Room with Electric Fireplace and 65" TV that is open to the Kitchen with Viking Appliances. Seating for 10 in the kitchen with 4 at the table and 6 at the island. Dining Room still awaiting furniture but will seat 6 people. Off the Dining Room enjoy a game of Foosball or 9 different Games of PacMan Arcade for 1 or 2 players. Upstairs is the Oversized Master Suite with CalKing Bed and private large balcony overlooking view. Also in the Master Suite in Sitting area is a Queen Sofa Bed right off the Spanish Style Master Suite Bathroom with soaking tub and double shower. Also upstairs is bonus room with Queen Sofa bed and then additional 4th bedroom with Queen bed and 5th bedroom with CalKing that both share hall bathroom. Both the Bonus Room and upstairs Queen Bedroom have private balconies. The best part is the backyard! The brand new 86 jet hot tub is ready to relax in day or night. BBQ's will be prefect here on the JenAir Built in BBQ with island to seat 10. Open up the professional outdoor pingpong table and then take a seat just beyond the pool at the fire pit. Guest access Guest has access to everything in the home, there is a locked closet under the downstairs staircase with stock & owner items. Other things to note The pool at this home is not heated and cannot be heated. The hot tub is continuously heated during the stay and there is a one time hot tub charge that is combined with the cleaning fees. We do not allow any parties or events but if you have a possible gathering of under 35 people please contact us for additional pricing for a day event for less then 35 guests. We do only allow guests on the property that are part of the reservation. There is no street parking. We do only allow 7 cars parked at the property for the reservation. The home is easy to drive to and all paved. Wifi service is not excellent currently but there is some for checking emails, etc. Guest booking the home must be over the age of 27. A guest list of all guests staying home with first, last name and age will be asked to provided prior to check-in.
