Enjoy this 1 story town home LONG TERM rental only (30 day minimum/$100ish per night) NO SHORT TERM RENTALS in 2025. with its 5 skylights, 12’ viga ceilings, radiant heating, private hot tub & gas fireplace, fiber optic, with smart Roku TV, new appliances and sweeping mountain views. It is only 4.5 miles north of Taos Plaza. 25 minutes to TSV, 35 minutes to OJO Caliente mineral springs resort. Dark sky compliance. Bring a head lamp/flashlight. No parties. The space Enjoy the entire property. There is a mud area at the front door for shoes, coats, skis. Please take your shoes off if you want a dust free floor. Taos is dusty. There are brooms, swiffers etc in the pantry if you need to tidy up. I make sure cleaning people mop themselves out, after cleaning. Out of respect for those with allergies,no cats please. The HOA requires a 9pm-8 am quiet period. No parties. Thanks! Other things to note Drink plenty of water any time you’re at this altitude (7000 ft). Carry it with you. You’ll adjust well. Take time to see the sunrise,sunset, listen to the night sounds and view the stars. This will shift you into the present moment. Taos has a dark sky policy to eliminate light pollution, so the stars seem within reach. Enjoy this heightened state of being by unplugging as much as you can. The Taos Pueblo’s private land is across the street. Do NOT TRESPASS. The Sacred Taos Mountain in the peak to the right. El Salto is the round outcropping to the left and the canyon through Carson National Forest to the Ski Valley is just to its left. Hope you enjoy your experience in this beautiful area.
