This space is attached to the main house but with its own patio and entrances. 2 separate bedrooms both have queen beds with Casper memory foam mattresses, and both have a selection of white down or Temper-Pedic memory foam pillows. 2 modern bathrooms provide the ability for everyone to prepare to go out on town easily: one with tub/shower combination and the other is an en-suite with walk-in shower. Accommodates up to 4 people. High speed fiber wi-fi available throughout unit. On-site solar generates over 100% of property’s electrical needs but still connected to power grid. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to the unit and a dedicated fenced private outdoor patio area. Parking on residential street is available and no permits are required.
