Highly desirable neighborhood on quiet street near THE HILL (safest neighborhood in the city). Freestanding TINY HOUSE is located behind the main house, 275 sq ft. TWO ROOMS. Complete privacy. Fully stocked eat-in kitchen in one room, comfy queen bed, reclining chair, desk, TV with ROKU in the other. 1 block walk to groceries, restaurants, bars, YMCA and a 13 acre park. Shared Laundry, 2 washers 2 dryers. Free parking on street. Sorry, no pets or infants allowed for safety reasons. The space The TINY HOUSE has everything you need in a small, private space. Updated and sparkling clean. The TINY HOUSE is located in a separate building, behind the main house. There is a small yard between the two buildings with an outdoor area with patio chairs and table. Very quiet and private. For traveling medical personnel, BarnesHospital is a 2.6 mile, 9 min. drive. St. Louis Univ., 2.6 miles, 10 min. drive. The TINY HOUSE is stocked with everything we think you will need for a carefree stay. Feel like cooking? We have an assortment of pots and pans, pizza pan, salad spinner, blender, utensils and everything else we think you need to prepare a meal. There is a new gas stove with oven, microwave, toaster oven and blender. No dishwasher. We provide with everything you will need to start your morning including a drip coffee machine, French press, coffee grinder, electric kettle and Keurig. We will also provide you with an assortment of coffee including ground, whole coffee beans and Keurig pods. Tea and basic pantry items are also available. We pride ourselves in keeping our space spotlessly clean. Linens and towels are kept fresh and updated. The TINY HOUSE is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, swifter and a vacuum cleaner. The Queen bed is a very comfortable Simmons Beautyrest mattress with lots of fluffy pillows and a freshly washed linens and lightweight duvet. Hair dryer is provided. There is a new reclining chair and comfortable office chair. Check out the local stations or do some binge watching on the ROKU TV including Amazon Prime, or sign into your own services. Super strong WIFI signal provides plenty of power to stream movies and surf the Internet. Desk is stocked with office basics, pens, paper, stapler, paper clips. The TINY HOUSE has a new furnace that keeps the place nice and cozy. During the warmer months we install two window air conditioners. One is located in the kitchen, the other is located in the bedroom. Both rooms have a large ceiling fan. The cooled air can be circulated through the house through a duct system. We think the TINY HOUSE is big enough for two people on shorter stays. Longer stays for two people may be better off in a larger space unless you enjoy TINY HOUSE living. There are three Airbnb units on the property. The main building has two apartments, one on the 1st floor and one on 2nd floor. The Tiny House is located behind the main building. You’ll have the place all to yourself. No upstairs or downstairs tenants!The three properties share the laundry area where there are 2 washers and 2 dryers. The laundry area is located in the basement of the main building and shared with the tenants there. There are 4 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, softball and soccer fields and picnic tables. The park host an amazing Independence Day fireworks display. Check the internet for dates.
