We are located in Zukovica bay, near Bigova,Montenegro.The place has only a few houses. Zukovica bay has 4 beaches, and there is a lot of natural small plots where the enter to sea is possible. Just 30m from the Residence, there is a sandy and silver beach that is splashed with crystal clear water. On just couple of meters from the Residence there is a small pebbly and silver sanding beach. The Residence has splendid panoramas views to Lustica bay and the entrance to Boka Kotorska. The space The Residence is build in a Mediterranean style in cascade manner on the plot of 850 m2 with splendid panoramas views to Lustica bay and the entrance to Boka Kotorska. Sea sunset. The surface area of the Residence is 300 m2, consisting of large open space living/dining room with flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen and 10 style rooms (9 bedrooms and one master bedroom). Each bedroom has a separate bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, chair and a wardrobe. 5 rooms have the sea view. There are 2 sunny terraces, one of 100m2 in front of the living/dining room and 2 rooms with beautiful view to the open see and Lustica bay, and other one the entrance of the Residence of 200m2 with the private pool with deck chairs and parasols.
