It has the flexibility to be rented as 3, 2 or 1 bedroom condo that can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Every unit has spectacular sunset views to end your day on a perfect note. This condo has beautiful views and the private decks are a perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. You’re right in the middle of all the amenities and fun you expect in the beautiful Shanty Creek area! This condo is set up with a center unit that has a full kitchen (well appointed and ready for cooking or just making something fast), dining area, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, loft with a king size bed, two full baths, fireplace(with free wood included) and washer/dryer. It can be connected to the other units via lockouts. One side unit studio has 1 King bed, Twin sleeper chair, full bathroom, efficiency kitchen. The second side unit has 1 queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom and efficiency kitchen. They all have free Wifi and cable TV. This condo is unique in that it has an Indoor pool and hot tub located inside the same building which is open only during the winter season (No driving or hiking across the resort). An outdoor pool is available in the summer. As our guest you have access to a private beach club located on beautiful Lake Bellaire. We are available via text or phone during your visit. ***Keypad Entry System means no keys to worry about *** Located walking distance to the Summit Lakeview Hotel or you can Ski out from the unit to Summit ski runs. Schuss Mountain ski area is short drive or shuttle ride down the road. In the summer walk to the clubhouse for your choice of the Shanty Creek or the spectacular Legend golf courses. Beautiful Schuss Mountain, Cedar River and newly acquired Hawks Eye Golf courses are also in the resort and close by.. The Chief Golf Course is minutes away to complete a golfers dream location. Walk to Restaurants located near and in the Summit Lakeview hotel. Downtown Bellaire is a 5 minute drive away where they have a variety of restaurants and the home of Michigans own Shorts Brewery. Using the resort shuttle makes getting around easy and stress free. This condo has a secure WIFI that is outside the Resort Wifi. This makes it a great place to work remotely and you don't have to worry about limited access. You can extend your stay beyond the weekend, work during the day and enjoy the area and activities during your down times.
