The kitchen is fully-equipped and there is also a washing machine. Wi-Fi is available and a key safe makes it possible to arrive at any time. All you need to do is bring your personal stuff. Sheets, towels, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, laundry and cleaning products and much more are available. The space The approx. 60 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of an old Kontorhaus from 1906 in a quiet dead end street directly on the Trave. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine and a dishwasher! The spacious living room has a table with 4 chairs and a cozy sofa corner with a sofa bed! A TV and a stereo with CD player and local crime sheets are also included. Internet is available through a home spot (50Mbit/s via LTE). From the living room and bedroom you have a unique view of the small marina and the Trave! From the living room there are 3 steps down to the terrace (chairs and table available) with direct access to the private parking space. The maritime designed bedroom is equipped with a double bed on the windows, blackout blinds are attached! The bathroom has, besides to a shower, washing machine! Wood or granite flooring is laid in all rooms. Our extras: sheets, towels, toilet paper, cleaning and laundry detergent, tea, coffee beans, coffee beans, spices, oil, foils, bags... The apartment is perfect for 2 adults, on the pull-out sofa, if necessary, 2 children can sleep. A baby bed with changing mat will be provided free of charge on request.
