The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac directly on the sailing port of Lübeck-Schlutup on the Trave. Free parking is available directly on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine. Wi-Fi is available and a key safe makes arrival possible at any time. You only need to bring your personal belongings. Bed linen, towels, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, detergents and much more are provided. The space The approximately 60-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of an old merchant's house dating from 1906, in a quiet cul-de-sac right on the Trave River. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fully automatic coffee machine and a dishwasher! The spacious living room has a table with 4 chairs and a cozy sofa area with a sofa bed (sleeping surface 47 x 79 in). A smart TV, a stereo system, and local mystery novels are also provided. Internet is available in all rooms. From the living room and bedroom, you have a unique view of the small marina and the Trave River! From the living room, there are 3 steps down to the terrace (chairs and table provided) with direct access to the private parking space. The bedroom, with its nautical design, is furnished with a double bed; the windows are fitted with blackout blinds! In addition to a shower, the bathroom also has a washing machine! All rooms have wood or granite flooring. Our extras: bed linens, towels, toilet paper, cleaning products and detergent, tea, coffee beans, spices, oil, foil, bags... The apartment is perfect for 2 adults; 2 smaller children can sleep on the pull-out sofa if needed. A crib with a changing mat is provided free of charge on request. Other things to note The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animals are also not allowed.
