The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine and a dishwasher! The spacious living room has a table with 4 chairs and a cozy sofa corner with a sofa bed! A TV and stereo with CD player and local crime books are also included. Internet is available via a home spot (50 Mbit/s via LTE). From the living room and bedroom you have a unique view of the small marina and the Trave! From the living room, it is 3 steps down to the terrace (chairs and table available) with direct access to your own parking space. The maritime bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the windows have blackout blinds! The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine! Wood or granite flooring is laid in all rooms. Our extras: bed linen, towels, toilet paper, cleaning and washing products, tea, coffee beans, spices, oil, foils, bags... The apartment is perfect for 2 adults, on the pull-out sofa if necessary 2 children can sleep on the sofa bed. A crib with changing mat is provided free of charge on request.
