Due to neighborhood restrictions this home is only available for extended stays - please inquire about availability. 1 mile to I-35 1 mile to TX-45 4 miles to MoPac 4 miles to TX-130 25 min to downtown Austin 30 min to Austin Bergstrom Airport. 4 BR/2BA single level house. Beds for 7 - King, Queen, Full, 4 x Twin. (Don't worry - unlimited hot water from high capacity tankless water heater!) All sheets are cotton (450 thread count). Coverlets and pillow cases cotton. The space Floors are all tile and wood. Full kitchen completely stocked with everything you need. (Plates, cutlery, pots, pans, blenders, food processor, etc): - 7 stage RO water filtration system. - Coffee Makers (Keurig, Drip, French Press and Percolator) - Coffee and Tea Supplied - Gas stove and oven, - Dishwasher - Large Fridge Living room has a 75" TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Peacock as well as other channels. Additional TV's in the Master and Queen rooms. Board games and books are provided. 3 rooms have large closets. Laundry with large capacity upright washer and dryer and of course an iron and board are provided. Fenced backyard with gas grill, covered patio, patio furniture and folding picnic table. Access is via a smart lock so no keys to lose! . Guest access Guests have use of the whole house and yard except garage. Currently the garage is not available as being used for storage and supplies. Other things to note PETS: Our house is pet friendly and there is a dog door to the backyard which is fully fenced. There is a Pet Fee depending on animal size. - $100 up to 50lbs then $1/lb additional. Fee is per stay not per night. (eg: 40lb dog = $100; 100lb dog = $150, Two 60lb dogs = $170) ADDITIONAL GUEST: We charge an additional guest fee of $10 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest. CLEANING: We take your safety and cleaning very seriously. Our house is fully cleaned between guests. Specifically - all surfaces - furniture, floors, counters etc - are fully cleaned and disinfected. ALL bed linens are washed - not just the sheets but the covers and blankets are washed between guests. Our pillows are DOUBLE covered with zippered pillow covers and pillow cases and these are ALL washed between guests. Our remotes for TVs are shrink wrapped and disinfected. We use all NON-SCENTED and natural products to minimize allergens and all our laundry detergents are natural as well. Our toilets are fitted with Fluidmaster "Flush 'N Sparkle" Auto cleaning systems that rinse with bleach with every flush. We change our AC filters monthly.
