Enjoy a peaceful cabin respite, located between Grass Lake and Clearwater Lake, offering the privacy of a cabin and the amenities of a resort! Grass lake is a smaller, quiet spring fed lake, and Clearwater is a larger lake for all your recreational desires. Both lakes offer great fishing and sight seeing. Two paddle boards and two kayaks are included in your rental to help you enjoy all the lakes have to offer. Bring your own boat or choose to rent a pontoon or boat from a local rental company! Our cabin is newly updated, with two beds + loft, with a kitchen geared toward entertaining. We also include yard games, kayaks and fire pits for fair weather, and board games and movies for rainy days. Guests will have access to our entire cabin and boat slip on Clearwater Lake, as well as the association amenities such as pool, beach, community grounds, playgrounds and coin operated laundry. **NOTE** Pool is closed every year after Labor Day weekend. We're happy to step in and offer suggestions or assistance throughout your stay, though will be off the premises unless requested. The area has many amenities for guests, with a bait shop up the road, a restaurant accessible by water, and small bar and restaurant a short drive away. Annandale has everything you need, mere minutes away, with a local coffee shop, grocery store, sportsman's shop, local specialty shops and even a local brewery. On the weekends, there is a booming flea market as well! Public transportation is not available as our location is delightfully rural:) The community at Maple Hill is welcoming and friendly--there are other families that own or rent, so if you're down to be social you may--and if you'd like your own private retreat, people respect your space:) Note: pool is closed after Labor Day weekend each year
