You will be in one of the safest and oldest neighborhood in Athens. The house is comfortable, spacious,, clean, colorful and it has plenty of natural light. Your room is clean, has new floors and plenty of natural light. There is a comfortable twin size bed, walk in closet, study desk, bookcase. The full bathroom next to your room may or may not be shared with someone during your stay, but another full bathroom is generally available downstairs, unless somebody is staying downstairs The space Comfortable and clean, it is not only one room. Enjoy reading or relaxing at the library on the leather easy chair or couch or use the gym quality stationary bicycle for an indoor spin. Have breakfast on the dining room table and for longer stays you may prefer the kitchen area Guest access Library/gym, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, back wooden deck and backyard with garden, front lawn and driveway, bathroom During your stay Texting works great, let me know how can I make your stay more comfortable:) Text me please the aproximate time of arrival when you book, and then text me 30 minutes before you do actually arrive on the date of your arrival, It helps a lot and I really appreciate this. I am available when you arrive and at any time as needed but I respect the guests privacy. It is up to the guests how much interaction they want or need with the host. I will be delighted to speak with you in Spanish or English If you need suggestions for what to do while in Athens I can provide you with an updated and descriptive list of the best music shows in town. Other things to note Taking your shoes off when you come from outside is greatly appreciated! For discounted weekly and monthly stays you will need to provide your own personal cleaning supplies but I will make sure you do have the basics for your first few days. Coffee is available upon request:) Longer discounted stays do include use of kitchen, and specific drawers and shelves with silverware, dishes, cleaning and drying cloths, microwave, small oven and pots and pans for you to prepare your own meals:) I will be happy to share other kitchen stuff if you need them, just ask:) If you break it, just replace it If you borrow, return it as soon as possible. This is important. Please make sure that you leave the kitchen countertops clean and free of cooking / eating utensils once you are done eating as well as the kitchen floor, the broom is at the laundry room. It is inconvenient for others for you to leave your drying dishes on countertops. Before you leave the kitchen or dining room place everything back please. If you have your own lock I may have a bicycle you may use if you do not have your own car. You will be responsible for the return of the bicycle in the same shape you found it.
