Upstairs 3 bedrooms & two smart Tvs. One full bathroom. Excellent location Charleston Airport, Tanger Outlets are 10 mins away. Downtown Charleston is 23 minutes. Its not childproof -Included: Linens, bath towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, utensils, plates, and bowls. -Extras: I also provide the following - shampoo, body soap, toilet paper (2), paper towels, hand soap, and coffee. The kitchen with all appliances stove, refrigerator and microwave so you can fix a meal if you want. Most things you will need in the kitchen (minus your food of course) Two queen beds and two twin beds. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials. The townhouse is 10 minutes from the airport, and next to a major highway and a main road, so be aware of the noise. We also provide earplugs in case of noise sensitivity. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay as a group, or in private!! Guest access The guests have access to every part of the home! Guests have access to the front door through the keypad. The door code is given prior to the day of arrival. *Note that your unique code will NOT be activated until 4pm. Other things to note 1) Please use makeup remover towelettes prior to using face towels (towelettes will be provided). 2) Occasional noise airplane flyover from Charleston airport. Be aware of it. Earplugs provided - Due to allergies/asthma, our home is pet and smoke-free. SMOKE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ; no exceptions * NO DRUGS, SMOKE OR WEAPONS ALLOWED. VIOLATION FEE $200 * NO PETS ALLOWED. If violated there would be a $200 fee for additional clean up - Early check-in is not typically permitted unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking (as the cleaners will be onsite) - Guests will receive a unique code for self-check-in and ease of use on the morning of arrival (potentially the evening prior) House rules bugs Guest also understands that Charleston is located in a subtropical climate, and that insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment Here is some helpful information before you leave CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS 1.Check for any personal items (Did you check closet, bathroom, shower, and under beds?) 2.Wash the dishes before you leave. 3. Empty the fridge and take out the trash. 4. Group dirty linens together and put them on the hamper located in each bedroom. 5. Please leave the house in the condition you found it 6.
