In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door. This location cannot be beat, and it’s close to skier base area, all of the restaurants and shops, and the primary amenities of the main skier village at Purgatory. The condo offers plenty of space for multiple families and features an open floor plan. There are tons of games/puzzles as well as DVDs for your enjoyment and the condo also features parking at the unit, washer and dryer, WIFI and a gas grill.. Bed Configuration: Master - King (Third floor) 2nd - King (Second floor) 3rd - Queen (Second floor) 4th - Bunks Beds (2) - Single over Single (Ground floor) The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
