This home sleeps up to 16 people and can fit up 4 cars (2 in garage, and 2 in driveway - 3rd garage is for owner use only). There are 4 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms. This home boasts a large living room with fire place, dining room, and large kitchen area for entertaining. Off the dining room you will find your way through double French doors to the spacious deck and fenced yard with a BBQ, seating area & private Hot Tub! Steps off the (fully equipped) kitchen is a large bonus room that has a sectional sofa with a pull out bed, a shuffleboard game and a large screen TV - great for family movie nights! There is also 1 bedroom and 2 full baths on this level. Located on the 2nd level is a large loft with couches, TV, Poker/Game Table, and Foosball Table. Along with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Whether you find yourself on the slopes during the winter months or on the lake during the summer months, this home has everything you need to have a great vacation in Big Bear!! Fine print: *PET POLICY - Please contact owner prior to arrival and/or booking for Pet Approval **PET FEES & RULES** - Pet fee $25 per day / per dog - 2 Dogs Max - Absolutely NO CATS Allowed (owner severely allergic) - Dogs are only allowed in NON- carpeted areas (livingroom, dining, kitchen, laundry room) - Pets are NOT allowed upstairs at any time for any reason - Please note, there could be FEES up to $1000 or more for pet fur &/or feces found in the carpeted areas or on the furniture or bedding, as we may have to purchase new items and/or professionally steam clean carpets and furniture *Check IN/ Check Out times When possible we Love to allow our guests to have EARLY Check IN's & LATE Check Out's, but this just depends upon availability. *Fees/Loss of Deposit & Being asked to leave without a refund will be applied for unauthorized parties and noise complaints from Neighbors and/or City of Big Bear *Propane for BBQ - there are 2 propane tanks on the property. We only supply the tanks, not the propane. If the tank is empty, there is a Walgreens 1-2min drive where it may be swapped out at the guests expense. *Kitchen - We know a lot of families like to cook full meals on their mountain vacations and so we have stocked the kitchen with all the supplies we could think of for our guests to prepare even a full turkey dinner. *Please see pictures for the items we have in the kitchen (not pictured is standard utensils in drawers) *Also please note, not all guests put kitchen items back where they were, and so may not be in the exact location as pictured.
