Bring your own beach/boat towels and kitchen towels. Comforters and shams will NOT be provided, due to sanitary measures/health concerns. - Living room with dining table that seats 8, and 50" Samsung smart tv - Family room with large couch and 50" Samsung smart tv - Beautiful decor, fresh paint - Large kitchen with dining counter and 4 stools - 2 full baths plus half-bath - Indoor laundry room - WiFi and internet TV - For those who need to work remotely, we have a desk in two bedrooms. Wi-Fi is installed but due to circumstance beyond our control, internet access is slow and down from time to time. We suggest also having your personal hotspot operational. - No garage access. Furnishings may change without notice. - Owners are not at the property; we will rent online to guests. Guest access Guests have access to the house and our lot. Some closets are locked for owner's personal property. No garage access. Other things to note Guests must sign owner's Rental Agreement before booking is confirmed. Since we are within Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC), guests must complete and submit LACC's Renter Registration form, submit payment to LACC, and follow all LACC rules and regulations (guests are subject to LACC fines for any non-compliance, such as speeding). * Note: Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC) charges all renters additional fees (renter occupancy fee and boat launch fee). LACC requires these fees to be paid by renters at least 14 days prior to the Check-in Date. An LACC “Renter Registration” form will be e-mailed to you. Please see the LACC form for their current rates. No pets, no smoking or parties are allowed at this property. Refunds will not be given for any natural disasters, acts of God, inclement weather, illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, or any other personal issues which cause delay/ cancellation of travel. We utilize a monthly pest control service, which sprays the outside of the house for bugs. This scheduled maintenance may/may not occur during your stay; it only takes a few minutes and you do not need to interact with the technician. Our lawn is mowed weekly or bi-weekly.
