Great location for solo adventurers and business travelers. Easy access to public transportation, 1-90 expressway, divvy bikes and bike lanes. Charming, private room in a vintage home and neighborhood. My home is also home to four felines, so being a big fan of cats is must! Easy, free street parking in front of the house or short walk from the Addison Blueline stop - just 20 minutes to downtown or O’Hare! Wrigley Field is just 3 miles east! The Addison 152 bus takes you right to Wrigley Field. The space Vintage home, built in 1911. The interiors have been updated over the years, but the hard wood floors, stair case and fire place endure. The first floor bathroom has recently been updated with new tile, beadboard wainscoting, shower enclosure and lavatory. Guest access Iron and ironing board are available in the room. There is also a washer and dryer that can also be used upon request. Weather permitting, guests can use the front porch. During your stay I look forward to meeting all of my guests, and hope we have time to socialize. As life ebbs and flows, so does my schedule, but will always available when needed. Other things to note My house was built in 1911, It is well insulated and the furnace is new. The cozy room tends to be a bit chilly in the spring and fall.
