Located just 3 doors from the famous Alice Keck Park and only a 3 block walk through the parks to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, shops. The space Consider this a relaxing vacation where we will be there to take care of all of your needs and will quickly respond to all of your requests for help with anything from propane for the grill to extra supplies for the kitchen. We are a small family business with a collection of beautifully appointed homes in downtown Santa Barbara that we love, take care of, and want to share. We live close by and are available 24 by 7 to take care of all of your needs and questions. We purchase only top-of-the-line beds, linens and amenities to make your stay luxurious. Our reviews are full of compliments about comfortable beds, cleanliness, and attention to detail with an abundance of extras like towels, pillows, blankets, plentiful bath and kitchen supplies. We know how hard it can be to catch a plane or get on the road after your stay, so we don't ask you to take out the trash or wash anything when you go. We have Wifi from 2 different providers Cox and Frontier (1 Gig) so you won't panic if one goes down. We use only unscented cleaning products and carefully curate each item that enters your home. Guest access The entire back yard and the interior of the space is your private retreat. Park at the bottom of the driveway all the way to the left and walk to your right into the garden and your back porch and entry way door. Other things to note Please note that Garden Bungalow is the major part of a retro Farmhouse which has use of the large garden at the back of the property. It does share a wall with the smaller Garden Suite, which is the front-facing unit that uses the front door and street-facing garden area. Both have completely private entrances and private outdoor spaces.
