Minutes from Keeneland racetrack and in the heart of the Bourbon Trail our 1901 cottage has a fenced backyard, patio, grill, private pool open seasonally April to October (unheated) kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room, tv in lr, tv in bedroom and WIFI. A short walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Minutes from Keeneland Race Track, the Kentucky Horse Park and our world famous Bourbon distilleries, it is surrounded by the most beautiful horse farms in the Bluegrass. The space 125 year old cottage in the heart of Midway. A short walk to Midway's restaurants, shops, churches and post office. The pool is opened seasonally as it is unheated. You don't need to do a thing when you leave. The cleaning fee helps to cover the linens sent to the laundry and the cleaning service and amenities. Guest access The entire house and grounds. Other things to note This is a 125 year old victorian.. The house originally only had 1 very small closet in the dining room. We created a closet space between the bedroom and the new bathroom. We also built barn doors to create 2 additional storage closets on either side of the fireplace in the bedroom. We just want you to be aware that this home does not have the traditional closet space. The bathroom and closet in the master used to be a mechanical room . The laundry room /powder room previously was the only bathroom in the house. We hope you find our changes charming. The pool is open only seasonally as it is unheated. The fireplaces are not for guest use. This is NOT a party house. The pool is only for our guests and not for others. Our insurance does not cover us for those not staying.
