Located in the heart of the resort of Saint-François-Longchamp 1650 in Savoy, the apartment is in the center of the resort, close to the ski lifts (Blue Moon), equipment rental companies, ESF departures and shops. Ideal for a family vacation, this apartment offers a friendly experience with ski-in/ski-out access to the "Le Grand Domaine" ski area. Activities: hiking, mountain biking, swimming pool, balneotherapy, tennis, cinema, rail sledding, bowling, mini-golf... The space With an area of 33 m2, it is composed of a bright living room with sofa, TV/DVD player, a kitchen equipped with a 12-place dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator freezer, washing machine, an adult bedroom with a queen size bed 160 × 200 great comfort and wardrobe, a cabin bedroom with bunk beds 90 × 200 and a sofa bed (possibility of 3 to 4 beds in the cabin bedroom), a bathroom and separate toilet. We provide you with a toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, not to mention the raclette machine! For your comfort: the bedding is new with duvets and pillows from the DODO anti-mite brand, underfloor heating and in addition a latest generation inertia radiator managed by home automation and room thermostats. The property is fully equipped with electric roller shutters. A locked ski locker is located on the same floor as the apartment with direct access to the outside. Linens and towels are not provided, please provide them! Attention queen size bed 160×200. Rental of sheets available at the booking center of Saint François Longchamp. Regarding the parking of your vehicle, several free public car parks are at your disposal, right in front of the residence and Place de la Madeleine 50 meters from the accommodation, everything is on foot! We offer a numbered parking space in a covered and secure parking lot at the negotiated rate of €55 per week (please request). HOUSEKEEPING: CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED! You'll need to check out and make sure to return it CLEAN. Dishes must be done, dishwasher cleared, emptied garbage cans (living room and bathroom), folded duvets tidy, toilet table furniture cleaned, washed floor. Cleaning products are provided (floor cleaning products, bathroom cleaner and other surfaces, glass cleaner, etc.). In the case of an unmade bed, €150 will be charged. PAID OPTION: Enjoy a covered and secure parking space at the Madeleine parking lot (exclusively reserved for our tenants). Ideally located, the entrance to the parking lot is only 30 meters from the residence in which you will stay. Negotiated rate €55 per week (numbered space). VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon acceptance of your Airbnb reservation, a contract will be sent to you stipulating the rules to be respected, both on the condominium and the accommodation. The rate applied will be the one you have validated on Airbnb, including all taxes. The contract must be returned to us within 7 days. The simple booking issued by Airbnb is not a rental agreement, the host and the guest must apply the law and sign a rental agreement, it is protection between tenant and renter in the event of a dispute. Article L. 324-2 of the Tourism Code stipulates that it is mandatory to establish a contract for seasonal rental. Other things to note Children's cabin room: Bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old, the tenant is responsible. A clic-clac bed in this same room can accommodate a third child. We provide a free Verbaudet umbrella bed and a baby dish kit (please ask us when you book). Hot water is not unlimited (200l balloon), heating is done only at night. For your convenience, the accommodation is equipped with a heated floor, supplemented by a latest generation inertia heater and a towel dryer, all controlled by connected room thermostats. In order to protect our planet and the additional costs of energy, the accommodation is equipped with home automation. In season, there is a shuttle between Saint-François-Longchamp and La Chambre SNCF train station. The ski area "LE GRAND DOMAINE" of Saint-François-Longchamp VALMOREL is open in winter during the ski period. In summer the months of July/August. Shops are open on these dates. Out of season, you will find them at La Chambre located 11 km away. Pets not allowed /NO smoking
