Downtown San Antonio is a short 15-20 minute drive with attractions such as the Alamo, the Riverwalk, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and a multitude of dining experiences. You'll feel right at home in this charming and comfortable property. The space This is a guest suite that is attached to the main home. This was the master bedroom that was converted into a separate unit with its own exterior private entrance for guests. Guests have quick and easy access to the property through the back door's electronic keypad lock. The property consists of a private room with a King sized bed, full bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, breakfast table, wifi . The backyard is spacious with picnic tables amidst a secret garden feel. Enjoy a beer on the back patio as it overlooks a greenbelt. Bring your furry friends too! The driveway can accommodate a total of 2 cars. Short Term Rental Permit #STR-20-13500230 Guest access Park you car on the right side of the drive way, (facing the home ) A gate and walkway to the right will take you through the backyard to the loft. Go around the corner and a French double white door is the entrance to the loft . There is only access to this room and there is no access to any other areas in the house. You can use the little porch sitting area by the door and the picnic table on the walk path. Other things to note We love pets! Feel free to bring your furry friend.
