It has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large porch overlooking the ocean. The common area has a fire-pit, great for those summer nights! Within walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and to the Oceanside Harbor for great shops, restaurants, and boat excursions. This home can also be rented together with the upper unit. STR Once you book with us we will send you instructions to access the unit, all of our properties use timed electronics locks. You will be sent the directions and codes for access, no need to check in with our office! You will also be offered a concierge service if you wish, this includes access to things like pre-stocked groceries, chefs, brewery tours, and more! Oceanside has some of the best beaches in San Diego. When you stay in one of our vacation rentals you will be right on the beach. During your stay in Oceanside, you can also go and enjoy the Oceanside Pier by walking, fishing, people watching, eating at Ruby's dinner or watching the surfers along the side of the pier. If you head up to the Oceanside Harbor you can go deep sea fishing or whale watching, Grey Whales migrate up from Baja from October to March. There are weekly Farmer's Market by the Pier that have local produce that you won't want to miss. Beach is just steps away! There is a small rock barrier to keep the waves out. Additional parking at our nearby office 5 minutes away. Close to Coaster rail line for a ride downtown or up to LA area. Please be advised, any reservation modification that requires additional payment via Beachfront Only Vacations Rentals' Guest Portal web application. Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals will not accept additional payments via Airbnb. These fees include, but not limited to, fees incurred from Early Check-Ins, Late Checkouts, Dog Cleaning ($250), and Lost and Found returns. All guests will be required to submit the registration form emailed immediately after the booking. This registration form allows the guests to acknowledge the rule related to the property. Guests must submit their email address for access to their guest portal.
