Nearby is The Little League World Series (25min), Amish country(25min), the Woolrich Co. Store, Piper Fly-in (3min), and local universities: LHU (5min), PSU (45min), Lycoming College (20min) and Penn Tech. The little house has two bedrooms upstairs with open doorways. Please review the pictures to get the real-feel. One bedroom has a full-sized bed and the other bedroom has a twin bed. This house is best-suited for accommodating 3 guests if two share the same bed (and also don't mind the open doorways). The house has a kitchen with an under-the-counter fridge, bathroom and living room downstairs. This is a great value and you are getting a lot of bang for your buck. There is iron in the well water and it’s safe and drinkable but you will have to be ok with the scent when water is run. Outside, the yard is very nice with giant maple trees in front and a field in the back. This is an old-time summer kitchen that has been completely refinished. We hope you enjoy it! Entire house and please feel free to walk around the property and down the farm lanes. You might even see a bald eagle or two. We can also store your bikes or kayaks in the barn. Please respect the place - it is clean and beautiful because a lot of work is put into it. The neighborhood has only a few homes within a 1/2 mile radius. Beautiful mountains surround the place and the Susquehanna River is nearby. You will see picturesque fields, peacocks not too far away, and lovely old tobacco sheds. This is a great place to use your camera. There is a Walmart in Mill Hall (10 minutes away) and many restaurants in town (just a few minutes away). Lycoming College and Penn College are both 35 minutes away. The Little League World Series is 25 minutes away. The Woolrich Store is 5 minutes away. Amish country is just 25 minutes away.
