With its separate entrance, living room, fully equipped kitchen, two toilets and a private bathroom, it offers everything you need for a stay with family, friends or for work. The space The independent entrance is on the ground floor where a living room with a seating area (TV, TNT channels), a dining area, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine and toaster await you. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath/shower, sink, toilet and washing machine as well as two bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a king size bed (180 x 200), a bench that can be converted into a bed (90 x 190) and a wardrobe - 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and open storage with shelves and wardrobe.
