Beautiful and serene lakefront oasis sitting on dead-end street residing between two private lakes. Home is relaxing and sits in the heart of Loveland, the sweetheart city. Centrally located in Northern Colorado, it is close to I-25 and Highway 34 which allows for close and easy access to surrounding areas, including Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver/DIA, numerous state parks, Rocky Mountain National park, and much more. The space This property is lakefront to one private lake with canal near-by opening up access to the second private lake. Close to restaurants, shopping, hospital, parks, restaurants, bike/walking paths, etc… The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a 2-car attached garage for your use, along with the driveway, or the street in front of the house. The back patio is quiet and allows for visiting and viewing the beautiful environment. The patio is uncovered and can also be covered with an electronic awning turning the nice open patio space into a shaded area while still enjoying the scenery. Lake access is allowed and the following water toys are included ... stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, and fishing boat. Guest access The kitchen is ready for cooking and serving meals. You just supply the food. Grocery stores are close. The sun room is available for sitting and dining with awesome views of the lake. There is a private hot tub and water toys for playing on the lake which include a fishing boat, canoe, kayak, and stand-up paddle boards. There is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Provided with complimentary wireless internet for your connection needs and Roku service for your streaming enjoyment using your login credentials. There is also a Bluetooth/wired speaker for listening to music from your smart phone. Other things to note Due to the water activities and hot tub that may be used during your stay, I ask that a Waiver and Release of Liability form be signed for your stay by all parties staying at the house. If minors, the parent or guardian will need to sign for them. Please send your email address once the reservation is confirmed so that I can send you the waiver. Since this property is on water, there are a number of geese and ducks that will frequent the property daily. They are friendly enough, but leave waste on the dock and in the yard. Please do not feed them as they will continue to come back even more. During the warmer season, the lawn is mowed by a lawn service. Therefore, they may show up at some point during your stay.
