Outside you will have over 3/4 acre to yourself - roam around, enjoy the fire pit, or dine on the deck. Bring your bike to cycle, discover the walking trails, fishing, and activities that Pinery Provincial Park offers year-round! The space Also equipped with: - Individual amenities (shampoo/conditioner, soaps, and lotion) - Keurig coffeemaker (daily k-cup/person) - Barbecue - Smart TV - Linens and towels Guest access The home is yours to enjoy. Please take good care of our home so that we can continue to offer some of the amenities that other cottages in the area won't provide! Other things to note - Bed linens are provided once for the week. - Beach Towels are NOT provided. - If you have a TRAILER or BOAT, there is room to park it; however, there is NO hookup to the main home. - The house is connected to municipal water; however, the sewage is a septic tank. Please be responsible and follow the instructions provided in the home to prevent any inconveniences during your stay. - No smoking in the home or on the property.(NON-SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE) - Number of booked guests limited to 5 people at all times, each guest must be listed on the reservation. - If there is any inclement weather there will be no refund. - Owners are not responsible for accidents, injury, illness, that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. - Not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. - There are no housekeeping services during your stay. - The home goes through a cleaning and sanitization between each stay; however, given you will be making stops and touring areas outside the home we do not take responsibility for the risk of potential covid-19 transmission as a result of your stay.
