The space Private studio apartment (480 sq. ft.) with queen size Murphy bed and queen size fold out sofa. Full bath with sink, shower and tub. Full kitchen with stove, microwave and 12 cubic foot refrigerator. Reverse osmosis water at kitchen sink for purified drinking water. Air conditioning. Wifi and Cable TV. Dressing/work table with AC inputs and USB cell phone charging outputs. Host provides soap, shampoo, towels, sheets, blankets and pillows and coffee service. Guest access Guests have access and privacy in the self contained studio apartment. Private guest parking on site right next to the unit.
